If I could give them 10 stars or more I would. Ryan and Brett, who quoted our roof replacement, were amazing, truthful, professional and friendly. Every thing was explained about the service we would be getting. They were there for us through the entire job. Anything we had concerns about or questions they were on top of it right away. I am a bit of a neat freak so to say I was freaked out the first day is an understatement. We have a two story home with a very steep peaked roof. I was overly concerned about our landscape and the crew was aware of our concerns. The first day my flowers were under all the rubble that came off of the roof. When they were done everything was intact because they had covered everything. Sure we lost a few flowers (not the whole plant) but that has to be expected with that much roofing material being removed. When I called Brett he came by and he said "I told you it would look like a bomb went off" (trust me it did). With that said I would highly & confidently recommend Bulls-Eye Exteriors to everyone. My neighbors are asking me who replaced our roof because it looks so good. Finding a roofer who does this kind of work can be difficult, kind of a Buyer Beware. Our first bid was from a big company who quoted us $50,880. Ridiculous!!! They came up with all kinds of "discounts" when they were told by me that they would not be leaving with a signed contract. Bulls-Eye still beat their "reduced price". I cannot emphasize enough how good and fair they are. They are a local roofer so we like supporting Idaho companies. Thank you Ryan & Brett - you both deserve raises. :)

Expert Window Inspection in Boise, ID
Boise's climate puts real stress on windows. Hot, dry summers push frames to expand. Freezing winters cause glass and seals to contract. That repeated cycle weakens seals, warps frames, and lets air and moisture into your home. A professional window inspection from BullsEye Exteriors checks every part of your window system before small issues become costly repairs. We examine glass panes for cracks and seal failure, frames for rot or warping, weatherstripping and caulking for gaps, hardware for smooth operation, and exterior flashing for water intrusion points. We also check for condensation between panes, which signals a failed seal and lost insulation value. Homes across Boise, from newer builds to older properties with original windows, benefit from a thorough inspection. If we find problems, we give you a clear picture of what needs attention and what can wait. Call BullsEye Exteriors to schedule your window inspection in Boise today.

Window Inspection FAQ
Common questions about window inspection in Boise, ID.
Our inspection covers glass condition, seal integrity, frame health, weatherstripping, caulking, flashing, hardware operation, and draft points. Boise's hot summers and cold winters accelerate wear on all of these components, so we check each one carefully.
If you notice drafts near frames, foggy glass between panes, sticking sashes, or rising energy bills, those are signs your windows need a professional look. Boise's temperature swings can speed up seal and frame wear even on windows that appear fine from the outside.
Yes, a professional inspection gives you a clear picture of each window's condition so you can make an informed decision. BullsEye Exteriors will tell you exactly what we find in your Boise home and what your options are.
No, newer Boise homes benefit from inspections too, especially after the first few winters when seals and caulking settle. Installation quality, sun exposure, and frame material all affect how quickly windows show wear regardless of a home's age.
Condensation between panes means the seal has failed and the insulating gas between the glass has escaped. This is a common issue in Boise where sharp morning temperature swings put repeated stress on window seals.
